Alicia loves helping people who are striving to live for Christ. She is passionate about digging deep to discover your God-given identity and purpose.
Alongside her husband, Milo Briscoe, she co-founded Fruitful Family, which consist of book studies, blogs, blended family and couple's coaching. With her down to earth personality, Glam style, and desire to see people grow there's no question why she is an emerging leader.
Alicia has an evangelistic spirit which came by surprise.
"If you would have told me twenty years ago that I would be doing ministry, especially with women - I would have asked, "What you are talking about Willis".
At the age of thirty she recognized something had to change and a true relationship with God was the answer. Although she was exposed to church and religion as a child, she didn't have a personal relationship with God.
Alicia's journey consisted of not knowing her father, being molested as a child, teen pregnancy, abortion, promiscuity, insecurities, low self-worth, toxic relationships, and depression. It wasn't until she was sick and tired of being sick and tired that she realized she only had two choices: exist and go through the motions or seek something bigger than herself. Alicia decided to live and not die and learn from her mistakes. She is determined to not be defined by her past hurts but to use them to propel herself for the hope of a prosperous future.
The process of transforming from the insecure and lonely young girl that she was into the leader. wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and businesswoman, that she is took dedication, discipline, resources, and spiritual growth. Her passion is to utilize her experiences, insight, and influence to help every soul she encounters to live the fruit of the spirit to be the best version of themselves.
To Walk in the Spirit – Galatians 5:16 So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
A fruitful woman is intentional about becoming the best version of herself. She walks in the fruit of the spirit serving her God, family, friends, and community. She is confident in who she is and whose she is. She knows she is not perfect but understand she is held to a higher standard. She doesn't make excuses knowing that they are only reasons wrapped up in lies. She is unique and extraordinary. You will know her by her fruit.
